with the help our our partners and backed by research, we will design three 10-step programs to incorporated into our self management plans.

Each plan that will be specifically designed for managing bipolar disorder, depression and anxiety. each program will include the following:

  1. self-care, overseen by your doctor

  2. sleep routine

  3. diet

  4. exercise

  5. mindfulness

  6. routine, scheduling and goal-setting

  7. creativity and craft

  8. family and social support

  9. professional and financial goals

  10. service to others

During each step, we will incorporate educational tools, peer support and a sponsor who will help each participants navigate membership, answer questions, work on the steps and offer accountability with the confidence of someone who understands and successfully manages their own disorder.

  • the bipolar program

    this program provides educational tools and a self-management plan that includes diet, exercise, sleep regime, talk therapy, meditation, creativity and social engagement that are researched, designed and specifically catered toward an individual with bipolar disorder.

  • the depression program

    this program provides educational tools and a self-management plan that includes diet, exercise, sleep regime, talk therapy, meditation, creativity and social engagement that are researched, designed and specifically catered toward an individual with depression.

  • the anxiety program

    this program provides educational tools and a self-management plan that includes diet, exercise, sleep regime, talk therapy, meditation, creativity and social engagement that are researched, designed and specifically catered toward an individual with anxiety.
